About Us

Welcome to over 7000 square feet dedicated to community, fitness, and fun in Nampa, Idaho.  Our programs aim to improve your capacity in
ten recognized fitness domains:

Cardio-Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy

We achieve this by practicing and training major lifts, such as the deadlift, squat, press, clean & jerk, and snatch.  We also include basic body weight movements, such as pull ups, dips, rope climbs, push ups, sit-ups and even handstands.  At Snake River CrossFit, you will not find many machines, instead, open space to row, run, jump, swing kettle bells, and throw.

Don’t worry if some of these movements look unfamiliar to you.  All workouts are universally scaleable, meaning someone without any fitness background can complete the same workout as an elite athlete.  When the clock starts, we all work together, but our loads, repetitions and intensity may differ depending on needs and fitness levels.  Our diverse community includes fire fighters, police officers, full time mothers, accountants, medical professionals, elite athletes, business executives, students, and grandparents.

Absolutely every body is welcome!

We strive to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable with the movements, performs them safely, has some fun, and gets a great workout.

Come in for a trial!  Visit with the community, meet the staff, check out the facility, structure of class, and decide if SRCF is a good fit for you.  Experience CrossFit, our methodology, and learn how we can help get you on track to achieve your goals.

Our staff is available to teach, challenge guide you and keep you safe in a fun and supportive environment.  The programming is is perfect for athletes looking to gain strength and speed for their sport, or folks who are no longer seeing results in their current training regime.  Snake River CrossFit suits those who may be limited on time, or get bored with routine.  All workouts are kept short, intense, and are different every day.”
